Job Summary

A Network Administrator responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and continuous availability of network services. The role includes configuring network devices, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting end users, and maintaining secure and efficient network operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor network devices to ensure proper functionality.

• Assist in installing and configuring network equipment and access points.

• Monitor network performance and report technical issues.

• Provide basic network-related technical support to users.

• Assist in routine network maintenance activities.

• Maintain network documentation and records.

• Follow approved information security policies and procedures.
  
  Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience in IT.

  • Hold a CCNA or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of network devices operation and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining external networks and customer access points.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
