Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Performance Analyst to support the PMO in building and managing a centralized enterprise performance dashboard environment using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The role will focus on creating live executive dashboards covering project performance, financials, operational KPIs, HR metrics, warehouse operations, contracts, procurement, and enterprise reporting across all business units.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide live dashboards and analytical reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into:

• Project performance

• Revenue and profitability

• P&L tracking

• Cost control

• Resource utilization

• HR metrics

• Warehouse and inventory operations

• Contracts and procurement performance

• Executive portfolio KPIs

The candidate will work closely with PMO, Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to integrate data sources and create a unified performance management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Dashboard Development

• Develop interactive executive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI

• Build enterprise reporting architecture using Microsoft Fabric

• Design real-time KPI monitoring systems

• Create drill-down dashboards from portfolio level to project/activity level

• Build automated reporting environments with minimal manual intervention

PMO & Project Analytics

• Develop project performance dashboards covering:

  • Schedule performance

  • Cost performance

  • Revenue tracking

  • Gross margin

  • Forecast vs actual

  • Earned value metrics

  • Resource productivity

  • Risk and issue tracking

  • Change requests

  • Work order tracking

• Build dashboards tailored for different project types:

  • Telecom/Fiber projects

  • Civil projects

  • Managed services

  • Operations & maintenance

  • Capex projects

Financial & P&L Reporting

• Integrate financial systems into dashboards

• Build:

  • P&L dashboards

  • Revenue recognition tracking

  • Cash flow reporting

  • Budget vs actual analysis

  • OPEX/CAPEX monitoring

  • Profitability analysis by project/client/business unit

• Support executive decision-making through financial analytics

HR & Resource Analytics

• Build HR dashboards including:

  • Headcount

  • Saudization

  • Attendance

  • Overtime

  • Utilization

  • Productivity

  • Recruitment tracking

  • Training KPIs

• Create manpower forecasting and workforce allocation reports

Warehouse & Supply Chain Analytics

• Develop warehouse dashboards covering:

  • Material movement

  • Inventory aging

  • Asset tracking

  • Stock availability

  • Material consumption

  • GRN/PO tracking

  • Slow-moving inventory

  • Vendor performance

Data Engineering & Integration

• Connect multiple systems and databases including:

  • ERP systems

  • HR systems

  • Excel-based operational files

  • SQL databases

  • APIs

  • SharePoint

  • Dynamics 365

• Build data models and ETL pipelines

• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy

Required Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric

• Strong knowledge of:

  • DAX

  • Power Query

  • Data modeling

  • Data warehousing concepts

  • SQL

  • ETL processes

• Experience building:

  • Executive dashboards

  • Financial dashboards

  • PMO dashboards

  • Real-time reporting systems

• Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years in:

  • Power BI development

  • Enterprise analytics

  • PMO reporting

  • Financial dashboarding

  • Performance management

• Experience handling enterprise-level reporting environments is mandatory
