Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PMO Telecom Senior Manager to lead and manage telecom projects and programs within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing telecom infrastructure projects, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

The role requires strong experience in telecom network rollout, project management, and team leadership, as well as the ability to manage large telecom programs and communicate with senior management and clients.

Candidates should have previous experience working on large telecom projects with budgets reaching hundreds of millions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise telecom projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with engineering, civil, logistics, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.

• Support PMO governance and ensure projects follow company procedures.

• Prepare project reports and updates for senior management.

• Identify risks and propose solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Support tendering, RFQ/RFP processes, and project planning activities.

• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

• Lead and guide project managers, engineers, and field teams.

• Monitor project performance and ensure targets are achieved.

• Support improvement of project processes and operational efficiency.
  
  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.

  • Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in telecom projects.

  • Experience managing large telecom projects or programs worth hundreds of millions.

  • Experience working with telecom operators or telecom vendors.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.
