We are seeking a Presales Cybersecurity Specialist to join our commercial and technical teams. The successful candidate will partner with sales, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into technical solutions, lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and ensure proposed architectures meet security, compliance, and operational needs. This full-time role requires strong cybersecurity domain knowledge, hands-on experience with security technologies, and excellent communication skills to articulate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role offers opportunities to shape solution positioning, influence product roadmaps, and accelerate revenue through trusted technical engagement.
Presales Cybersecurity Specialist Responsibilities — solution design, technical sales support, demos
Engage with prospective clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and requirements
Develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific business challenges
Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations
Conduct webinars and training sessions to educate clients on cybersecurity best practices
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies
Create and customize proposal documents and respond to RFPs with detailed technical solutions
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align product offerings with market needs
Generate and maintain documentation related to client needs and the technical solutions proposed
Minimum Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on presales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, and cloud security
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proven experience in engaging with customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR)
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant vendor-specific certifications are preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
