Finance Consultant - Dynamics 365

Finance Consultant with Dynamics 365 expertise wanted to partner with clients, design and optimize financial processes, and deliver real business value.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize financial processes and solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ecosystem. This full-time role requires strong analytical ability, ERP implementation experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. The role offers opportunities to influence solution design, drive business value, and support clients across finance transformation initiatives.

Finance Consultant Responsibilities — Dynamics 365 implementation, financial process optimization

  • Analyze and understand business processes, requirements, and pain points across ERP systems

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs

  • Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs without heavy code customization

  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integration with third-party systems and enterprise applications

  • Support data migration, data validation, and master data management activities

  • Conduct functional testing, system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution

  • Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user documentation

  • Provide functional support during implementation, rollout, and post-go-live phases

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business objectives

  • Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Continuously identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ERP Functional Consultant

  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations)

  • Experience working with at least one major ERP platform (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, functional setup, and business rule definition

  • Experience supporting system integrations and working with technical development teams

  • Strong documentation skills including functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum implementation environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
